We rebuilt the core of RED CRM from the ground up. The dashboard, task system, and calendar now work together seamlessly — designed specifically for real estate agents who juggle contacts, deals, showings, and follow-ups every day.
Here's everything that's new.
Dashboard: Your Business at a Glance
The RED CRM dashboard now gives you a complete picture the moment you log in. Four stat cards show your total contacts, active deals, deal value, and earned commission — all calculated in real time from deals actively in your pipelines.
- Contact analytics — A line chart tracks new contacts over the last 6 months, and a donut chart breaks down contacts by source so you know where your leads come from
- Activity feed — See every form submission, signup, message, and note in a scrollable feed with infinite loading. No page refreshes needed
- Upcoming tasks and events — Your next tasks, calendar events, and client birthdays appear in the sidebar so nothing falls through the cracks
- Earned commission — Track total commission from won deals with a dedicated stat card
Everything loads fast. Stats are cached and update automatically when you create, edit, or close a deal.
Tasks: Time Slots, Categories & Contact Assignment
Tasks got a complete upgrade. You can now assign a specific time to any task, attach it to a contact, and categorize it with color-coded icons — all integrated directly into your real estate CRM workflow.
- Time slots — Optional scheduling from 6 AM to 10 PM. Tasks with a time appear on the calendar at their exact slot
- Categories — Eight categories with distinct colors: Follow Up, Call, Email, Text, Showing, Closing, Open House, and Thank You. Each has its own icon
- Contact assignment — Search and assign any contact to a task. The contact name appears on the task card and in the calendar
- Quick filters — Tabs for All, Pending, Completed, and Overdue. Click a tab and the list filters instantly
- Search — Find any task by title with real-time search
Tasks and the calendar are fully synced. Create a task, and it shows up on the calendar. Check it off from either place.
Calendar: Full-Screen, No Scroll, No Compromise
The calendar fills your entire screen. No sidebar. No scroll. Every day of the month is visible at once — purpose-built for real estate agents who need to see their full schedule.
- Multi-day events — Events spanning multiple days display as colored bars across the grid. Choose a custom color for each event from a palette of 11 options
- Double-click to create — Double-click any date to instantly open the event form with that date pre-filled
- Event popovers — Click any event to see a detail popover with title, description, time, location (with map link), and assigned contact. Edit or delete right from there
- Task integration — Tasks appear as colored bars with checkboxes. Check them off directly from the calendar
- Birthday tracking — Client birthdays from your contacts automatically appear on the calendar. Click to open the contact profile
- Scroll to navigate — Use your scroll wheel or trackpad to move between months. Click the month name to jump to any date
- Location support — Add addresses to events with autocomplete. Click the address to open directions
Deals: Real Close Tracking
Deals now have a proper status system. Mark deals as Won, Lost, or reopen them — directly from the edit dialog.
- Deal status — Open, Won, or Lost. Set it manually or let it auto-update when you drag a deal to a stage marked as "closed for reporting"
- Stage flags — Mark any pipeline stage as "closed for reporting" in the stage settings. Deals dragged there are automatically marked as Won
- Earned commission — The dashboard tracks total commission earned from won deals
- Pipeline-based metrics — Active deals and deal value only count deals that are in a pipeline, with no duplicates
