Condo Directory Area

Returns the data behind the Panda website area page: the area document, every area of the directory and the last two daily market reports.

Authentication

Public key?key=pk_…

Public key in the `key` query parameter. No OAuth, no secret.

The area slug, such as `miami-beach`. Hyphens are read as spaces.

The site's public key (pk_…). It selects the account. Safe to ship to the browser.

allAreasarray

Every condo directory area, sorted by name.

dailyReportsarray

The last two daily market reports of the area, newest first. Empty when none exists.

Errors

404The area does not exist. The body is `{ "message": "Area not found" }`.

401Missing or invalid public key.

403The account has no active subscription. The body also carries `code: "TENANT_INACTIVE"`.

500Unexpected server error.

Notes

Use Get Condo Area for a typed response with stats, market counters, neighborhood scores and building cards.
