Returns one condo building page: photos, amenities, features, price and size ranges, HOA and sales statistics. New developments use their own endpoint.

Authentication

Public key?key=pk_…

Public key in the `key` query parameter. No OAuth, no secret.

Path Parameters

The building slug, from `buildings[].slug` of List Condos. It looks like `<name>--<city>`.

Query Parameters

The site's public key (pk_…). It selects the account. Safe to ship to the browser.

Errors

404The building does not exist or the slug is malformed. The body is `{ "message": "Building not found" }`.

401Missing or invalid public key.

403The account has no active subscription. The body also carries `code: "TENANT_INACTIVE"`.

500Unexpected server error.

Notes

The example is trimmed. `amenities` always has all nine lists, `features` five booleans and `salesStats` five values.
Call List Building Listings for the units for sale, for rent or recently sold in the building.
