Search Listings (POST)

Runs the same search as the GET endpoint with the filters sent as a serialized query string in the JSON body. Use it for long queries such as map polygons. It is never cached.

Authentication

Public key?key=pk_…

Public key in the `key` query parameter. No OAuth, no secret.

Edge cache: no-store

Query Parameters

The site's public key (pk_…). It selects the account. Safe to ship to the browser.

Body Parameters

querystring

The serialized search, written like the GET query string without `key`: `q=Miami&qtype=city&minbeds=2&limit=3`. Accepts every filter of `GET /v1/search`. An empty or missing value runs the default search.

The page of results. Absent when the search cannot run.

queryobject

The parsed search the server ran, with defaults filled in (`status`, `group`, `limit`, `sort`, `type`, `label`, and the default map `points`).

Errors

400`query` is not a string, or the query has an invalid map area or an unresolvable address.

401Missing or invalid public key.

403The account is not active. The body also has `code: "TENANT_INACTIVE"`.

404The key's account does not exist or has no MLS data feed.

500Internal Server Error.

Notes

Use the saved search `query` from `/v1/featured-listings` or `/v1/saved-searches/:slug` as the body to list that search's results.
A body that is not valid JSON is treated like an empty body and runs the default search.
