Get Condo Area Market

Returns an area's market over time for charts: daily residential inventory, the bedroom mix of active listings, directory stats, weekly counters and neighborhood scores.

The area slug, from areas[].slug of List Condos or a city name in lowercase with hyphens, such as sunny-isles-beach.

Days of history, newest included. Values above 90 are capped at 90.

Scores and highlights, the same fields as neighborhood of Get Condo Area. The example shows a subset.

historyarray

One entry per day with a report, oldest first, at most days. Days without a report are missing, not zero.

bedroomsobject

forSale and forRent: active listings by bedrooms on the latest day, { beds, count } from studio (0) to 5, where 5 means five or more. An empty array when the report has no breakdown.

Errors

404The area does not exist or the slug is malformed. The body is { "message": "Area not found" }.

401Missing or invalid public key.

403The account has no active subscription. The body also carries code: "TENANT_INACTIVE".

500Unexpected server error.

Notes

The reports are written once a day by Panda's workers and kept for about a month, so days above 30 usually returns about 30 entries.
Use history for an inventory line chart and bedrooms for a bar chart; stats.avgPricePerSqft and the market counters fit a stats strip.
