New Developments Directory

Returns the full Panda new developments directory, not only the featured ones: countries, project cards and, on the unfiltered first page, landing rows per area.

Authentication

Public key?key=pk_…

Public key in the `key` query parameter. No OAuth, no secret.

Query Parameters

The site's public key (pk_…). It selects the account. Safe to ship to the browser.

countrystring

ISO country code from `countries[].code`. `US` also includes projects that have no country saved.

citystring

optional

Comma-separated city names. Up to 20 values.

statusenum

optional

Only projects with live resale listings (`forSale`) or rental listings (`forRent`).

forSaleforRent

minPricenumber

USD. Developer asking price from at least this value.

maxPricenumber

optional

USD. Developer asking price up to at most this value.

qstring

optional

Project name. Ranked by relevance. Trimmed to 120 characters.

pagenumber

Page number, starting at 1. Values above 500 are clamped to 500.

Items per page. Values above 60 are clamped to 60.

Landing rows per area as `{ area, slug, totalCount, newDevelopments }`. Only on page 1 with no filter, otherwise `[]`.

Project cards for the requested page. Same shape as List New Developments, trimmed in the example.

Errors

400`status` is not `forSale` or `forRent`, or a price is not a non-negative integer.

401Missing or invalid public key.

403The account has no active subscription. The body also carries `code: "TENANT_INACTIVE"`.

500Unexpected server error.

Notes

This directory lists every project in Panda. For the projects the owner picked, use List New Developments.
`country` is uppercased before it is applied, so `us` and `US` behave the same.
