Returns one new development page: gallery, specs, amenities, price ranges, developer details and the first 12 resale and 12 rental listings in the building.

listingsobject

The first 12 listings per tab as `forSale` and `forRent`. Each has the shape of List New Development Listings.

Errors

404The project does not exist or the slug is malformed. The body is `{ "message": "New development not found" }`.

401Missing or invalid public key.

403The account has no active subscription. The body also carries `code: "TENANT_INACTIVE"`.

500Unexpected server error.

Notes

The developer's lead agent contact is never returned. Send inquiries to the site owner with the contact form.
The example is trimmed. The response also has every field of the project card, and each tab of `listings` also has `sort`, `beds` and `salesHistory`.
Use List New Development Listings for more listings or for sold units.
