Get Listing Private Fields

Returns the agent-only fields of one listing: private and showing remarks and the listing agent and office contacts. Only the signed-in site owner can read it.

Authentication

Public key + visitor?key=pk_… · Authorization: Bearer

Public key in the `key` query parameter, plus the signed-in visitor's access token as `Authorization: Bearer`. The token must belong to the site owner. Any other signed-in visitor gets 403.

Edge cache: private, no-store

The MLS number (`ListingId`) of the listing.

Query Parameters

The site's public key (pk_…). It selects the account. Safe to ship to the browser.

originatingSystemKeystring

optional

The MLS feed the listing belongs to (`OriginatingSystemKey` of a search row).

Only the agent-only fields the feed provides. It has no `_id` or `ListingId`.

Errors

401Missing or invalid public key, or no valid visitor token (`Sign in required`).

403The visitor is not the site owner (`Only the site owner can read this`), or the account is not active (`code: "TENANT_INACTIVE"`).

404Listing not found in the account's MLS feeds.

500Internal Server Error.

Notes

Call it from the browser after the owner signs in. Never call it from server rendering and never cache it.
The public `GET /v1/listings/:listingId` is cached for every visitor, which is why these fields live here.
