Condo and New Development Directories With Totals That Add Up
Numbers That Always Add Up
Your condo and new development directories show a number next to every area and every developer. Those numbers now match the list: the figure you see is exactly what you get when you pick it, also when the visitor has price, bedrooms or delivery year filters on.
What Visitors Get
- Exact totals. The number beside each area or developer is what the list shows after choosing it, with price, bedrooms and year of delivery applied.
- Totals per area in any section. "84 condos in Aventura" or "22 new developments in Brickell" on your homepage or in an areas library, refreshed every hour.
- Loading without jumps. The total and the cards show skeletons while the results arrive, so the page never flashes blank.
- A building page that reads better. The list of units goes two per row, and the long amenity lists sit in running text under each title.

Availability
The API changes are live. The totals per area start empty and fill in with the first hourly run. Websites get the new directory screens as they update to the latest widgets version.
