Content
Keep your FAQ, services, guides and legal pages as Content in the Panda AI Builder: add types and entries, choose what each section shows, and edit the Privacy Policy and Terms of your website.
What is Content?
Content is where you keep the text your website repeats or that is too long for a headline: the questions of a FAQ, your services, buying guides, events, and the legal pages (Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions, Accessibility Statement and Fair Housing Notice).
Each kind of content is a type with its own fields (a FAQ has a question and an answer). Each filled-in record is an entry (one question). Your website shows the entries; you edit them in one place, and the website follows as soon as you save.
Use Content for lists and long text. A single headline, button or photo of your design stays a normal text or image you edit by clicking it in the preview. Neighborhoods, buildings, new developments, saved searches, team and stories are libraries, not Content.
Open Content
In the AI Builder, open the Content tab and choose Content (between Libraries and Media). You see your types, and each one shows how many entries it has and how many are on the site.
| Type | What it is |
|---|---|
| Article | A Panda type. It holds your legal pages as Panda standard entries, and any article or guide you write. |
| FAQ | A Panda preset with a question, an answer and a topic. |
| Services | A Panda preset with a title, description, image and link. |
| Your own | Any type you add, such as Buying guides or Open houses. |
Add a type
Step 1: Add type
Click Add type. Type a name, or pick FAQ or Services to start from Panda's fields.
Step 2: Edit fields
A new type starts with one Title field. Click Edit fields and Add field to choose a kind: text, rich text, image, gallery, date, number, select (a list of choices), toggle or link. Mark a field Required, reorder with the row menu, and turn on Each entry has its own page for guides or services that need a page of their own.
Step 3: Add entries
Open the type and click Add entry. The form comes from the fields you chose. Entries are listed under On the site or Not used, depending on whether a page or a section shows them.
You can also ask MAIA, the AI Builder assistant: "Create a FAQ with the ten questions buyers ask most in Miami". MAIA creates the type and the entries, and shows them on the page. Everything it writes appears in Content for you to review and edit.
Choose what a section shows
When a section of your page shows a Content type (a FAQ block, a services grid), hover it in the preview and choose Change to tick the entries it shows and set their order. If nothing is ticked, the section shows every entry of the type. Edit opens that type in Content.
Privacy Policy, Terms and other legal pages
Open Article to see the four legal entries. They carry a Panda standard badge: Panda's own text, kept up to date for you, with no brokerage, license or state named in it. Review it with your broker or attorney.
- Edit an entry to make the text yours. The badge becomes Edited and Panda stops changing it.
- Restore Panda standard from the entry's menu goes back to Panda's text and follows its updates again. Your version is replaced.
Your /privacy, /terms and /accessibility pages show what is in Content, so an edit is live as soon as you save.
For developers and AI assistants
- The Site API serves Content at
GET /v1/site-content(see the API reference). - In a site's code,
getEntries, getEntryandgetSection(key, { type: "content:faq" })fromlib/panda-content.tsread it, with the values typed from your types. - The Builder MCP server has
list_content,define_content_typeandupdate_content_entry, so an assistant can create a type and write its entries.
Content belongs to each website. A template does not carry Content yet, so a site you clone from a template starts with Panda's legal entries and no FAQ or services of its own.
