API Reference Overview
Panda IDX has four developer surfaces. The full reference, with a built-in tester for every endpoint, lives at pandaidx.com/docs/api.
CRM API (secret API key)
Create and update the contacts of your CRM, search MLS listings and save searches for your leads from your own systems (lead vendors, WhatsApp bots, landing pages, Zapier, scripts). Create a secret key in the dashboard under Workspace settings › API Keys and send it as Authorization: Bearer sk_live_…. Keys are for servers only, and the API works while your subscription is active.

Site API
Read the data of your Panda IDX website over HTTPS: MLS listings and search, areas, condos and new developments, libraries, forms, CMS content and visitor accounts.
Base URL: https://api.pandaidx.com/v1
Authentication: your website's public key in the key query parameter. The key selects the account, needs no OAuth and is safe to use in the browser.

MCP servers
Connect Claude, ChatGPT or Grok to your account. The product MCP (https://api.pandaidx.com/mcp) works your listings, contacts, calendar, collections, saved searches, analytics and email. The AI Builder MCP (https://api.pandaidx.com/mcp/builder) builds, previews and publishes your websites.
OAuth for MCP clients
OAuth 2.1 with PKCE (S256) and Dynamic Client Registration at app.pandaidx.com. OAuth tokens work with the MCP servers only; the Site API uses the public key.
