Domain Setup

Overview

Connect your own domain (yourbrand.com) instead of using default subdomain (yourname.pandaidx.com).

Domain Requirements

You Need:

• Domain registered (GoDaddy, Namecheap, etc.)
• Access to DNS settings
• SSL certificate (auto-provided)

Setup Process

1. Settings → Domain
2. Enter your domain (e.g., johnsmith.com)
3. Copy provided DNS records
4. Add records to your domain registrar
5. Wait for verification (up to 48 hours)
6. SSL certificate auto-issued

DNS Records

Add These Records:

Type: CNAME
Name: www
Value: [provided by system]

Type: A
Name: @
Value: [provided IP]

Common Registrars

GoDaddy: Domains → DNS Management → Add Record Namecheap: Domain List → Manage → Advanced DNS Google Domains: DNS → Custom Records

Troubleshooting

Domain Not Verifying:

• Wait 24-48 hours (DNS propagation)
• Check records match exactly
• Clear DNS cache

SSL Certificate Issues:

• Domain must verify first
• Certificate auto-issues after verification
• Contact support if stuck
