Permissions & Ownership
Overview
Control who has access to your account and what they can do. Set roles and permissions for team members, assistants, and deal coordinators.
User Roles
Admin: Full access to everything Agent: Full CRM, limited settings Assistant: CRM access, no settings Deal Coordinator: Deals only Viewer: Read-only access
Inviting Team Members
- Settings → Team
- Click Invite Member
- Enter email address
- Select role
- Send invitation
- They receive email to set password
Permissions by Role
Admin:
- All CRM features
- Edit settings
- Manage team
- Billing access
- Integration management
Agent:
- Add/edit contacts
- Manage pipelines
- Create deals
- Send emails
- Limited settings
Assistant:
- View contacts
- Add notes
- Schedule tasks
- Upload documents
- No settings access
Deal Coordinator:
- View assigned deals
- Upload documents
- Update milestones
- Add notes
- No contact access
Custom Permissions
Granular Control:
- Can view all contacts vs assigned only
- Can delete contacts (yes/no)
- Can edit settings (yes/no)
- Can access billing (yes/no)
- Can manage integrations (yes/no)
Removing Team Members
- Settings → Team
- Find user
- Actions → Remove
- Confirm
- Access immediately revoked
Their Data: Contacts and activity remain, reassign to another user

Quick Win: Invite your assistant as "Assistant" role. They can help with CRM but can't access sensitive settings or billing.
